Equipment sales teams and operators working through quote and follow-up decisions.

Data clarity

Source status is shown in the app, so checked sources are never confused with sample data.

What is inside

Four areas. Use one, or all of them.

Together they turn a signal into a lead, a lead into a quote, and a win into a sharper price.

Watch

See who is moving

Field activity, permits, regulations and headlines from public sources, with the source and date on every item.

  • Signals ranked by how close an operator looks to buying
  • Permit counts against each operator's usual month
  • Rules and bills graded by impact, with the operators each one affects
  • Who to call, from what the operator filed with the state or the SEC

On its own, Watch is a daily read of your market. Turn a signal, a permit or a rule into a lead in one click.

How prices work

Every price shows its work.

New accounts start from the catalog. Prices get sharper as you import past deals and close new ones.

  1. 1

    Day one

Prices start from the shared catalog, adjusted for basin, size and condition.

  2. 2

    Import past deals

Paste or upload what you have sold. Basinly moves your prices at the weekly run, every Monday.

  3. 3

    Every close

Mark quotes won or lost. What closed, and why, keeps your prices close to your own market.

Every price carries a label

So you know how much to trust it before it goes to a customer.

Rule-priced
Backed by enough evidence to quote with confidence.
Starting point
A fair place to start. Review it before you send.
Manual review
Flagged for you to check. Too little evidence to lean on.
Priced by you
A unit you described and priced yourself.

Made to fit

Presets to start. Your own words when you need them.

Every seller prices, words and ships differently. Basinly gives you sensible starting points and never boxes you in.

  • Anything you sell

Pick from common units, or describe one Basinly has no preset for and set your own price. Odd sizes are fine too.

  • Your terms

Save payment, warranty and exclusion clauses once, then pick them on any quote. Or write new ones on the spot.

  • Your numbers

Your own quote prefix, rounding and freight defaults.

  • Your focus, if you want one

Nothing is narrowed by default. Turn on a basin focus when it helps, and off when it does not.

Questions

Good to know before you start.

What does Basinly cost?

Basinly is free during early access. If fees come later, you get advance notice and the choice to stop using the paid parts before any charge applies.

Who can see my quotes and customers?

Members of your workspace, and anyone you send a quote link to. Owners and admins decide who is in the workspace and what role each person has.

Do my customers need an account to open a quote?

No. You send a link. Anyone with the link can open it, and you can turn the link off at any time. An approval on a link shows intent. It is not a signature or a contract.

Can I use my own prices and terms?

Yes. Type your own price on any line, describe units Basinly has no preset for, and keep your own clause library. A price you type always wins.

Is a Basinly price an appraisal?

No. Prices and valuations are software estimates. Get an independent appraisal when a lender, insurer or buyer needs one.

Does Basinly sell my data?

No. Basinly does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. The Privacy Policy names every provider that handles your data.
